Born in 1960 in Wiesbaden / Germany. Independent historian publishing on relations between ethnic Poles and Jews in the 20th cent., the history of the press in Poland, the so-called People’s Republic, and the Holocaust. Currently entrusted with research for a multi-volume edition of documents relating to the persecution and extermination of the European Jews by Nazi Germany 1933-1945 (see www.edition-judenverfolgung.de).
